Adheso-Graphics’ FlexSoft brand P-Series and C-Series corrugated mounting materials are specifically engineered to improve print reproduction quality on flute-corrugated and preprinted liner board substrates. This family of products is application tested and is proven to be a reliable, long-life, caliper-consistent choice for photopolymer or rubber plate mounting in flexographic corrugated printing.

AGI's FlexSoft brand P-Series materials are constructed using rigid or flexible PVC carrier sheet materials laminated to microcellular (cushion type) foam substrates. P-Series corrugated backings are the newest generation mounting products engineered to reduce prepress mounting time, along with providing a durable long life mounting base for attachment to printing plates. P-Series provides the printer with a compressible base that facilitates better print quality in printing graphic reproduction that utilizes higher line screen combinations. P-Series is also used where plate cylinder build up is required.

AGI's FlexSoft C-Series materials are constructed of a unique microcellular impact-resistant foam. This foam provides instant recovery from impression-with minimal set or foam breakdown-during high speed or long term printing runs. C-Series cushions are constructed using mechanically strong white polyester in combination with a gray foam substrate. C-Series products are widely adaptable in application capability, and suitable for use on a wide variety of flexo printing machinery for corrugated boxes. Polymer or rubber plates may be mounted directly onto C-Series to provide a true, foamenhancing base for optimal print reproduction. This material is simple to strip, cut or convert for lead and trail edge attachment.

AGI's U-Series compressible backings offer the same performance benefits as C-Series products without the 0.010" polyester backing. U-Series products are available with or without a high-performance acrylic adhesive.

AGI’s thin tapes are pressure-sensitive, double-coated mounting tapes, and are ideal for affixing printing plates onto PVC or polyester carrier sheets. Our thin tapes offer a range of thicknesses and adhesion levels for specific customer bonding requirements.
